There are human strengths that act as buffers against mental illness. Hope is one of them. I believe in the power of hope and helping those that need it, find it. I look forward to bringing more hope into your life.
After thirty-plus years as an executive in the media and non-profit industries serving others, I transitioned into therapy...
The lessons I’ve learned as an executive, father, husband, and son have allowed me to support individuals through life and professional transitions. I specialize in helping adults and couples manage the stressors of life, as well as guiding adolescents and young men to help discover their superpowers. I also focus a small portion of my practice on leveraging my business experience and helping executives in career transitions.
I believe that the answers are within us all, and my role as a therapist is to guide you to find those answers within yourself. I do this utilizing the following techniques:
PERSON CENTERED/HUMANISTIC THERAPY
Creating a judgment-free, humanistic environment, allowing you to open up and feel comfortable exploring all areas of your life.
Allowing you to manage emotions while learning how to quiet your mind and relax your body.
Exploring your family history and how it’s affected you as a family unit or as an individual.
